Letter to jams CEO

Lets digest and answer on what you, yourself made on your fb

1. "I would like to reiterate to everyone that Jams Top Models 2018 is a competition. Just like in any competition there will always be a declared winner. " - loosing and winning on this contest is just two options, its not a problem if you lose, the problem comes if you lost because of cheating or Money (Money should not be involved on contest)

2. "when I conceptualized this competition, it is to help in nurturing the talents of the participants. Is to help them get out of the box." - Oh "When is the time you nurture the talents of your models? did you ever gave them a free workshop? training?or even free meal? have you put them on a good dressing room during mall shows? remember you put those children at risk by putting them inside the under construction room of some mall shows and docking bay or hallway. " - and it is covered by "REPUBLIC ACT NO. 9344" - you should not allowed talents/childrens/models on under construction rooms, hallways or docking bay, you should provide proper area for them like dressing room/standby area.

3. "I get judges from outside to make sure that results are unbiased. Votes are automated and no human factor can affect the counting." - when you say unbiased judge, then the sponsors should not be the judges, of course the sponsors will let win their bet, and the fact that it is so called "TOP MODEL" the judges has no runaway experienced, so the basis possible of judges is pageantry way, another one is that I saw your video Bobot Mortiz should be there, why he is not there?Where is he?

"Votes are automated and no human factor can affect the counting." - why the post I saw got from another mother asking you, the one that backed out from contest long time ago that got a higher score among other candidates that was present during the grand gala? this is 21st century when you say automated, those person backed out long time ago should no longer exists on your lists and the fact that it has score, the scoring as you discussed will only happened during grand gala right? did it happened?

4. "My private rights are being infringed and malicious imputations are being hurled against me. I would like to reiterate to everyone that I will not hesitate to take all legal actions necessary to protect the rights of Jams and mine." - Is this a threat? If I were you so be it, do it so the truth will prevail.....

5. "Please be reminded as well that all the mechanics were explained to all the participants, I did not force anyone to join Jams Top Models 2018, when they signed in it was voluntary and after I explained FULLY WHAT JAMS TOP MODELS 2018 is." - Yes it was explained it is true, but what you explained did not really happened. Remember You said to yourself, YOU EXPLAINED FULLY WHAT JAMS TOP MODELS 2018 is, should be Modeling competition not PAGEANT Right?.
